I&#039;d add Differentiation:  Simplified, Realistic, and Effective by Bertie Kingore for instructional techniques.  I&#039;d add Smart Talk or More Than a Test Score (depending on the age of students you teach) by Robert Schultz and James Deslisle for really &quot;getting&quot; the kids&#039; perspectives.&lt;/p&gt;
